These bowls are made from 3 layers of crunchy toasted crêpes, super fruit and ancient grain granola, brown sugar maple Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and fresh fruits drizzled with mint syrup.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1⁄3 cup banana, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup ancient grain granola, with super fruits
  • 8 pre-made crêpes

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine brown sugar, maple syrup and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Set aside.
  3. In a small pot, cook water and sugar until just boiling, then add the mint leaf and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a pourable container to cool.
  4. On a sheet tray, place 8 small bowls, bottom side up. Drape crêpes over the bowls and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crêpes are toasted.
  5. In each bowl, layer a toasted crêpe, 2 tbsp. fresh fruit, a toasted crêpe, 1 tbsp. fresh fruit, 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt, 1⁄4 cup granola and a drizzle of mint syrup. Serve.
