Layers of naturally sweet dried fruit, Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, pomegranate seeds, açaí and blueberries are topped with stone-cut oat granola and honey-roasted peanuts for a touch of crunchy sweetness.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup stone-cut oat granola
  • 1⁄4 cup dried fruit mix, such as bananas, apricots and apples
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup dried açaí berries
  • 1⁄4 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • 4 tall glasses

Directions
  1. In a bowl, toss together blueberries, pomegranate seeds and açaí berries.
  2. In each glass, layer 1 tbsp. of granola, 1 tbsp. dried fruit, 1⁄4 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 1⁄4 cup berry pomegranate mixture, 1⁄4 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 1 tbsp. granola and 1 tbsp. peanuts. Serve.
