Caramel coated peanuts and apples in edible toasted crêpe bowls are served with a dollop of cinnamon-infused Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and white chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apples, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1⁄4 cup caramel sauce
- 4 pre-made crêpes

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine cinnamon and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and set aside.
- Combine apples, peanuts and caramel sauce in a bowl and transfer to a greased foil lined sheet tray. Set aside.
- On a baking sheet, place 4 small bowls face down. Drape crêpes over the bowls and bake with the apple mixture for 8–10 minutes until peanuts are fragrant and crêpes are toasted.
- Let crêpes rest for 2 minutes to harden and then fill each crêpe with a portion of the apple mixture. Top with a dollop of yogurt mixture before serving.
