- 1 1/4 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups grated parmesan
- 10 pita rounds
- 1 1/4 cups sautéed spinach
- 2 cups sliced, cooked Italian sausage
- 3 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat an oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
- Mix the parmesan with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt.
- Spread about 1/4 cup on each pita and top each with spinach, sausage, and cheese.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, cut into quarters and serve.
