Ingredients
- 1 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups cooked farro
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
- 10 flour tortillas
- 3 cups fresh arugula
- 10 4 oz. cooked chicken breasts, sliced into quarters

Directions
- In a food processor, blend Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt with the feta and olive oil.
- Season the farro with lemon juice.
- Mix the pico de gallo with the olives.
- To build: spread the yogurt feta blend on the tortilla, top with farro, arugula, chicken, and tomato relish.
- Roll closed and cut in half on the bias.
