Crispy jumbo chicken wings are fried and then tossed with olives, tomatoes, pepperoncini, cucumbers, balsamic vinegar, and seasoned Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 cups black olives, diced
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups pepperoncini, chopped
- 2 cups cucumbers, diced
- 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, season Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Fry the wings until golden brown in a deep fryer, or bake in oven until crispy.
- Remove wings from oil and allow to drain for one minute.
- Toss wings with olives, tomatoes, pepperoncini, cucumbers, and balsamic vinegar.
- Arrange on desired plate and garnish with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt.
