Ingredients
- 5 cups Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 20 packaged short cake dessert shells, warmed
- 1/2 caramel dessert topping
- 4 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions
- In a small bowl, combine Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup of the cherries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir together.
- Stack two short cakes atop of each other. Ladle Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt over stacked cakes, and then drizzle with caramel and remaining cherries.
- Garnish powdered sugar and serve while still warm.
