Ingredients
- 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 1 gal. unsalted chicken stock
- 1 #10 can navy beans, drained
- 2 cups onions, frozen, diced
- 1 cup celery, frozen, diced
- 1 cup carrot, frozen, diced
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chili powder

Directions
- In a large pot or steam kettle, combine stock, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the yogurt and bring back to a simmer. Serve.
