For a twist on a classic dish, Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt is added to a savory stew made of navy beans, onions, garlic and a spicy chili powder.

Ingredients
  • 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 gal. unsalted chicken stock
  • 1 #10 can navy beans, drained
  • 2 cups onions, frozen, diced
  • 1 cup celery, frozen, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, frozen, diced
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chili powder

Directions
  1. In a large pot or steam kettle, combine stock, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the yogurt and bring back to a simmer. Serve.
