Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 10 tostada shells
- 1 1/4 cups refried beans, warmed
- 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise and grilled
- 1 yellow squash, sliced lengthwise and grilled
- 1 red bell pepper, quartered, grilled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 1/4 cups pico de gallo
