Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bison Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp fresh chives
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Step 2: Add butter and onion to a small frying pan. Cook onion on medium heat until caramelized.
- Step 3: Whisk eggs, egg whites, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 4: Add Bison Cottage Cheese and mix.
- Step 5: Add garlic powder, white pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Step 6: Add herbs and mix well.
