Ingredients
- 1 cup Bison Sour Cream
- 4 oz onion-and-chive-flavored cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 6 oz deli corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
- Rye bread or crackers for dipping

Details
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 1-qt baking dish with cooking spray.
- Step 2: Use a hand mixer to combine cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and Bison Sour Cream.
- Step 3: Squeeze-dry sauerkraut with a paper towel.
- Step 4: Add sauerkraut, chopped corn beef, and 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese to same bowl as cream mixture. Mix thoroughly and transfer to baking dish.
- Step 5: Top with remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, then bake for 30 minutes. When done, the dip will be golden and bubbly.
