Ingredients

  • 1 #10 Can Jerzee Evaporated Milk
  • 3 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Anchovy Paste
  • 1/4 cup Shallot, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 8 cups, Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Tarragon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

 

Directions

  1. Whisk together Jerzee Evaporated Milk, vinegar, and lemon juice until mixture begins to thicken.
  2. When mix becomes thick, blend with anchovy paste, herbs, and spices until well incorporated.
