This creamy pasta sauce is made with a classic marinara sauce mixed with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. It’s served with whole-grain spaghetti and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  • 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 2 #10 cans marinara sauce
  • 3 1/2 lbs. enriched spaghetti
  • 1 lb. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
  2. In a large pan or tilt skillet, combine yogurt and marinara sauce. Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes or until hot.
  3. To serve, place 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti in a bowl. Top with tomato sauce and 1 tsp. of Parmesan cheese.
