Yukon gold potatoes are slow baked with Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese, onions, garlic, and topped with sharp yellow cheddar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese
- 10 baby Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into circles with skin on
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 4 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 cups sharp yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a small greased casserole dish, layer the potatoes with Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese, onion, garlic, and 1 3/4 cups of the cheddar cheese lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top layers with remaining cheddar cheese and bake in oven for 35 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden brown.
