Our Upstate Farms® Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt is layered with fresh strawberries and whole-grain pretzel crumble.
Ingredients
- 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/2 lb. salted butter, melted
- 2 1/4 lbs. hard pretzels, crushed
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 lbs. strawberries, diced
- 2 lbs. blueberries, IQF, thawed

Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, flour and pretzels until just combined. Spread mixture on a sheet tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- To serve, add 1/2 cup of yogurt to each bowl. Top with 2 tbsp. blueberries, 2 tbsp. of diced strawberries, 2 tbsp. of pretzel crumble and sprinkled cinnamon.
