We top our Upstate Farms® Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt with a blend of fresh summer berries and cranberry cinnamon granola.

Ingredients
  • 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt
  • 2 lbs. rolled oats
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 lbs. cranberries, dried
  • 2 lbs. berry medley, IQF

Directions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, honey and cinnamon.
  3. Spread mixture onto baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  4. To serve, place 1/2 cup of yogurt into each bowl and top with 1/4 cup of berries and 1/4 cup of granola. Serve.
