An all steak burger on a toasted sesame seed bun is topped with crispy lettuce, sliced tomato, and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt mixed with onion seasoning and grilled onions.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup onion soup or dip mix
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 10 steak burger patties
- 10 sesame seed buns, toasted
- 10 tomatoes sliced into 10 equal pieces
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Directions
- Caramelize the onions in butter.
- Cook burgers to desired temperature.
- Mix Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt with onion mix.
- Spread 1 oz. of mixture on bottom bun and top of burger.
- On the heel of the bun, place the tomato, lettuce, onions, and burger.
- Crown and serve.
