Whether its stadium food or a Saturday night dinner party, the ultimate crowd pleaser has arrived.

Chef Tip: For added flavor, add caramelized onions, kimchi or toss your tater tots in your favorite seasoning blend such as ranch or southwest. Tater Tots can be substituted for the fry of your choice.

 

Ingredients

Yield: 26 lbs

  • 1 batch Evaporated Milk Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 14.25 lbs Tater Tots
  • 1 1/2 cups Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups Jalapeño Peppers, chopped
  • 3 cups Mexican Crema
  • 1 1/2 cups Siracha
  • 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped

 

Directions

  1. Fry tater tots until golden and crisp. While tater tots are cooking, make a siracha crema by mixing crema and siracha sauces, set aside.
  2. Plate tots and garnish with bacon and jalapeño peppers.
  3. Ladle cheddar cheese sauce on top, drizzle with siracha crema, and sprinkle with scallions.
