Everything is better in Texas with this thin cake made up of Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, almond milk, and cocoa topped with white chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 sticks butter substitute
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup pre-made light, white chocolate frosting

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a small saucepan, combine the butter substitute, almond milk, and cocoa powder. Cook over low heat until butter substitute is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour into a large heat-resistant bowl to cool for 10 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar substitute, eggs, Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, baking soda, and salt. Beat until well combined, then pour into a 10 x 15 inch rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes. Cover generously with white chocolate frosting.
