Fresh ground turkey is mixed with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and crumbled feta for a moist burger patty, served on a toasted bun with roasted red peppers and shaved cucumbers.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 3 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta
  • 10 sesame seed buns, toasted
  • 1 1/4 cups roasted red peppers
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 10 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat a grill on high.
  2. Mix the turkey, feta, and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, season with salt and pepper and shape into 6 oz. patties.
  3. Evenly grill the turkey on both sides and cook until the internal temperature is 165° Fahrenheit.
  4. On each bun, place a lettuce leaf and a red bell pepper, top with a burger and cucumber, and crown with bun.
