Chef Darian Bryan is turning up the flavor this fall with two new drink recipes made with Intense Milk.

Boozy Pumpkin Spice Shake

 

Ingredients

    • 1 cup Intense Milk Pumpkin Spice milk
    • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    • 1–2 oz bourbon or spiced rum (optional)
    • Whipped cream
    • Caramel drizzle + pinch of pumpkin spice

Instructions

Servings: 1

    • Step 1: Blend the milk, ice cream, and bourbon/rum until smooth.
    • Step 2: Pour into a chilled glass.
    • Step 3: Top with whipped cream, drizzle caramel, and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

 

Hot Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Latte

 

Ingredients

    • 1 cup Intense Milk Vanilla Latte milk
    • 1 shot espresso
    • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional for extra warmth)
    • Whipped cream + caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions

Servings: 1

    • Step 1: Warm milk on the stove or in a milk frother until hot (don’t boil).
    • Step 2: Pour into a mug, stir in pumpkin spice if using.
    • Step 3: Top with whipped cream and a swirl of caramel for cozy fall vibes.
