- 1 1/2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 2 cups edamame
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- In a food processor blend: Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, edamame, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and parsley for 4 to 5 minutes, until thoroughly puréed.
- Season with salt and pepper and plate with vegetables and naan.
