- 6–7 Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or Gruyère (optional, for extra melt)
- 1½ cups Bison® French Onion Dip
- 1 cup Upstate Farms® heavy cream or Upstate Farms® whole milk
- ¼ cup chopped fresh scallions (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Details
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Step 2: Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine Bison® French Onion Dip, Upstate Farms® heavy cream or whole milk, cheddar, mozzarella, scallions, salt, and pepper.
- Step 4: Layer the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, spooning the cheesy dip mixture between each layer.
- Step 5: Pour any remaining mixture over the top, then cover with foil.
- Step 6: Bake for 30–35 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
- Step 7: Add a final sprinkle of shredded cheese and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Step 8: Let rest for 10 minutes, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh scallions before serving.
