Details

    • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Step 2: Grease a baking dish with butter.
    • Step 3: In a large bowl, combine Bison® French Onion Dip, Upstate Farms® heavy cream or whole milk, cheddar, mozzarella, scallions, salt, and pepper.
    • Step 4: Layer the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, spooning the cheesy dip mixture between each layer.
    • Step 5: Pour any remaining mixture over the top, then cover with foil.
    • Step 6: Bake for 30–35 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
    • Step 7: Add a final sprinkle of shredded cheese and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden brown on top.
    • Step 8: Let rest for 10 minutes, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh scallions before serving.
