Eggnog French Toast

- 1 cup Upstate Farms® Egg Nog
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 6-8 slices brioche bread
- Butter, for the pan
- Optional garnish: powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh berries

- Step 1: Whisk the eggnog, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Step 2: Dip each slice of brioche into the mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds per side (don’t over soak).
- Step 3: Cook on a buttered skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Step 4: Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
