Eggnog French Toast

 

Ingredients

 

    • 1 cup Upstate Farms® Egg Nog
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
    • 6-8 slices brioche bread
    • Butter, for the pan
    • Optional garnish: powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh berries

Instructions

 

Servings: 4 | Time: 15 minutes

    • Step 1: Whisk the eggnog, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a shallow bowl.
    • Step 2: Dip each slice of brioche into the mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds per side (don’t over soak).
    • Step 3: Cook on a buttered skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
    • Step 4: Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
