Chef Darian’s Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

 

Ingredients

 

    • 1 cup Bison® French Onion Dip
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
    • ½ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or white cheddar
    • Optional garnish: chopped chives or crispy shallots

Instructions

 

Servings: 6-8 | Time: 30-35 minutes

    • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Step 2: In a bowl, mix Bison French Onion Dip, cream cheese, hot sauce, and smoked paprika until smooth.
    • Step 3: Fold in shredded chicken and ½ cup of the cheese.
    • Step 4:Transfer to a baking dish or small cast-iron skillet.
    • Step 5: Top with remaining cheese.
    • Step 6: Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
    • Step 7: Finish with chives or crispy shallots if using.
    • Serve with: tortilla chips, kettle chips or celery.
