Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp scallions
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup Upstate Farms® Lowfat Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)
Instructions
  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Step 2: n a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 3: Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in herbs.
  • Step 4: Add buttermilk and mix until just combined. Roll out and cut biscuits.
  • Step 5: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with butter or honey.
