- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup Upstate Farms® Lowfat Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Step 2: n a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 3: Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in herbs.
- Step 4: Add buttermilk and mix until just combined. Roll out and cut biscuits.
- Step 5: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with butter or honey.
