Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt gets layered with bananas roasted in brown sugar and cinnamon and topped with crushed corn flakes.

- 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 8 lbs. bananas, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 lb. salted butter
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 lbs. corn flakes, crushed

Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350°F.
- In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, mix the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Cook until the mixture is combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter mixture and sliced bananas. Spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until the bananas are soft and slightly caramelized.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup of yogurt into each bowl. Top with 2 tbsp. of bananas and 1/4 cup of corn flakes. Serve.
