Ingredients
- 3 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 20 eggs
- 2 sticks unsalted butter cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped chives

Directions
- Crack the eggs and place in a pot with the butter and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Fold in Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
