Breakfast just got a whole lot better with creamy antioxidant rich eggs made with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, chopped chives, and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 20 eggs
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Directions
  1. Crack the eggs and place in a pot with the butter and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  2. Fold in Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and chives.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
