Chef Darian’s Loaded Taco Dip

 

Ingredients

 

    • 1 cup Bison® Sour Cream
    • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
    • Zest of ½ lime
    • ½ cup refried black beans
    • ½ cup cooked, diced steak (skirt steak or sirloin)
      (shrimp or chicken also work)
    • ¼ cup charred corn (see elevated toppings)
    • ¼ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
    • 2–3 tbsp sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
    • Optional finish: avocado crema (recipe below)

Instructions

 

Servings: 6-8 | Time: 10 minutes

    • Step 1: In a bowl, stir Bison Sour Cream, taco seasoning, and lime zest until smooth.
    • Step 2: Spread refried black beans evenly in the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
    • Step 3: Spoon sour cream mixture over the beans and smooth the surface.
    • Step 4: Layer steak, charred corn, and jalapeños evenly over the top.
    • Step 5: Finish with cotija cheese and a light drizzle of avocado crema if using.
    • Serve with: tortilla chips.
