A whole-grain pizza crust is topped with Buffalo sauce-infused with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. The pizza is then baked with roasted chicken, carrots, celery and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  • 12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 qt. Buffalo sauce
  • 5 1/2 lbs. pizza dough
  • 6 lbs. chicken, frozen, cooked, diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. carrots, frozen, diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. celery, frozen, diced
  • 3 lbs. shredded mozzarella cheese, low-fat

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll pizza dough to desired size.
  3. Combine Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and Buffalo sauce, then spread in an even layer on top of each pizza crust.
  4. Top each pizza with an equal portion of chicken, carrots, celery and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake pizzas on a pizza stone or wire/mesh rack for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is browned. Serve.
