Ingredients

Yield: 40 cups

  • 1 # 10 can Jerzee Evaporated Milk
  • 6.5 qt Water
  • 3 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1/4 cup Salt
  • 4 lbs Potato Flakes

 

Directions

  1. Heat the Jerzee Evaporated Milk, water, butter and salt in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. When mixture comes to a boil, immediately remove from heat and stir in the potato flakes. Mixture will thicken as it sits.
  3. Fluff and serve.
