- 1 1/2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
- 3 lbs. flank steak, cooked medium rare
- 10 flatbreads, grilled
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 English cucumber, sliced thin
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes, cored and sliced
- 1 red onion, shaved thin

Directions
